STARTER is located in Beijing. Starting from the STARTER brand itself, DAS Lab takes the "Warehouse Party" as the entry point. From a street perspective and in line with the brand context, it explores how to grow and ferment through the way of "collision", providing urban young people with more interesting samples of lifestyle. The overall space is divided into a front area and a back area. The front area includes the shoe wall display area, the clothing display area, the brand culture wall, and the cashier area. The back area consists of the fitting room and the warehouse, jointly forming the division of six major functional areas. DAS Lab uses this spontaneous street culture behavior as a metaphor to establish the "warehouse framework" display system, striving to break the conventional display inertia of filling the space with goods. It visually outlines the aesthetic state of raw materials and conveys the brand's unique spatial expression.
With its strong inclusiveness, DJ music brings together the psychedelic beats of electronic music and the sharp words of hip-hop rap. Combined with diverse cultures such as graffiti art in the streets and alleys, skateboarding culture, and hip-hop music, it forms a mirror of STARTER culture. In the experience of rhythm and color, people can feel a liberation and inspiration that go beyond the daily life.
